Terms and Conditions

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been created for use within the United States and under US law. Any goods or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

It is your duty to read, understand and accept our Terms and Conditions before you purchase, as you enroll in a binding contract once the order is confirmed. We may change our terms and conditions without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

We are careful to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our goods are correct when they are posted on our website. However, while the color reproduction of the goods on our website is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by browser software or the computer system used by you.

All orders made are subject to availability. We will try our best to keep all stock levels at the same level to what is publicized on the site, but we are not held responsible if an ordered item is no longer available. We will email you confirmation of this rejected order.

We aim to deliver all US standard orders in 3-10 working days. However, sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery to anywhere outside the US. Note that these delivery periods are expected guidelines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

All payments are received securely via PAYPAL OR SEZZLE. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorize payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the time of order.

We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website. All prices quoted on this website are in US dollar and can be altered to your specific currency. Same guidelines apply. Excluding delivery charges, in the state of California sales tax will be applied.

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement and will be charged at point the purchase contract is made. Once you have completed your order and it has been accepted you will not be able to make any changes to your order.

Pre Order: A postage charge will still apply when ordering a product that is on Pre Order. Orders that contain Pre Order items and items in stock will be dispatched altogether.

Missing Items: If your order is missing any items we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. 

Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT offer refunds.

At JN Beauty, we are committed to maintaining your privacy. Personal details are stored securely and will not be passed on to any third parties without warning.

While we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure an efficient service, it does not guarantee that the use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto your computer.

We obtain the right to terminate or suspend the website and the service it offers at any time and without notice. These Terms and Conditions supersedes any oral agreement made between us or representation of us.

JN Beauty obtain the right to override any of the Terms and Conditions at any time, and in any situation. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable then the remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue to be enforceable in full.
