Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or refunds.
Shipping Policy
Normal processing is 2-3 business days please keep this in mind when purchasing your extensions and booking your appointment with your stylist. If you ever have any questions about your order or the status of your order please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note, domestic orders may be subject to fraud prevention protocol. In this case, we will require a copy of the credit card used for purchase with matching photo identification. All deliveries require signature confirmation.
Tracking Identification numbers will automatically be sent to the email address on file once shipped.
Pre-order Policy
Pre-orders can take 10-12 business days for processing, please keep this in mind when purchasing your extensions and booking your appointment with your stylist. Some pre-orders can ship within 5 business days. If you ever have any questions about your order or the status of your order please do not hesitate to contact us at support@jnbeauty.com.
Overnight Policy
For overnight orders contact a representative by emailing us at support@jnbeauty.com. Please subject your email as 'Overnight Request'. The deadline for emails sent for a overnight request is 10am PST.
All overnight orders have to be approved first and depend on availability. If approved, you will be sent an invoice and payment is required by 2pm PST.
International Policy
All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties, and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.
