How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you can create an account with us and check your order status. After your order is processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number through your email on file. The email will included a link that takes you directly to USPS or UPS website to track your order and follow your order on its way to you. All orders require a signature confirmation.
What happens if I was unable to sign for my package and my order is sent back to you?
Unfortunately, we only allow one service of shipment per order. If your package is delivered back to us and you would like us to re-ship it back to you, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for re-shipment.
